Maize Valley Market and Winery is located Three miles EAST of Hartville on St. Rt. 619. The Market and Winery tasting bar is located inside a restored 150 year old barn. Our story starts in the 1800's when the Vaughan family was one of the first settler's in what is now called Marlboro Township. Over the years the family has made its living with the land.
With family members filling the rolls of teachers, leather tanners, and farmers their history is as rich as the dark organic mulch soils we still farm today. Curently five family members are involved in Maize Valley Farm Market and Winery. Homegrown crops, Live Entertainment, Mouth watering lunch and dinner entree's are just part of the Maize Valley experience.
At Maize Valley we offer a wide range of items and activites for individuals and groups. We grow a host of great healthy vegtables from Sweet Corn to Strawberries. Plus we have special events like our weekly Thursday evening Classic Car Cruise In's that run from May thru September. Summer months you can find great live music on our patio on Friday and Saturdays' from 7-9 and indoors once the weather turns cooler.
